Information.Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. It takes 1 - 2 days to ship your order to our warehouse, write your name and address on it and ship it. SHIPPING TIME: You will receive your order within 7 - 12 business days (depending on destination) from the date of shipment, not the date the order was placed.If we experience a large volume of orders or extreme weather conditions in certain areas of the country, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Standard shipping: $7.99 per order, free shipping over $100.

TRACKING NUMBER: Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number and a confirmation email so you can track your package online.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. In the unlikely event that an item delivered to you is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may return/exchange the product for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
